Excellent customer service - very quick to reply and resolve issues, with proactive help. The app also works great generally, it's the best review app for Shopify I've found, having tried a few.

This app has the absolute best Customer Service I have ever experienced. They get back to you right away and are extremely receptive to whether ever your problem or request is. Right now I have the free version of this app and I'm very happy with it, but may upgrade in the future. It is a great app and I highly recommend it.
