so far very easy to use and set up - such an amazing offers and suggestion they have prepare for us to just turn on and elevate our business PR and customer service and by the way they answer your questions in the live chat very quickly and so patiently I was surprise and super happy that they did connect me to a human agent instead of an AI!

My entire experience with the app has been fantastic, but a few days ago I realized that one of my products straight up listed no reviews, despite having a couple of reviews (newer product). I did everything I could think of to fix it, all to no avail. Finally, messaged the chat today, and within hours it was fixed! Hours could have been significantly less had I been a bit more able to focus.
