Judge.me Product Reviews App

Outstanding support, genuinely above and beyond I ran into a tricky issue where a review with photos and video was stuck on an orphaned product record after Printful recreated my product, which meant it never showed on the product page. Abraão didn’t just tell me it wasn’t possible. He dug into it, tried several workarounds, and when the standard tools couldn’t handle it he escalated to the team and got it sorted the same evening. On top of that, he spotted a styling issue with my dark theme and offered to walk through the widget settings with me to fix it, which wasn’t even what I came for. The app itself does everything I need on the free plan, which is already impressive, but the support is what makes it stand out. Fast, patient, and actually invested in solving the problem rather than closing the ticket. Highly recommended.

I received very quick and effective help from Sebastian! Thank you so much!!

Great application, the customer support is reactive for any need. I recommend it for any online store to increase trust as an overall.

Fast, helpful support. One of our customer reviews was saved as a store review instead of a product review. Fin and then Sebastian moved it to the right product within minutes and kept its Verified Buyer status. Easy to set up and works well with our Shopify store. Thanks, Judge.me!

easy..

Made the process super easy and was very helpful

It was great, Daniel was the best!

Great value, lots of options for displaying reviews and amazing customer service.

I am so impressed with him; he was able to fix all of my problems; he saved me so much aggravation trying to do it myself! It was a fantastic experience, so easy!

Helpful and kind. Thank you.

must have for d2c brands

Thank you for confirming! I will check the live product page again. Could you please confirm specifically that all the imported reviews are visible on my BELUCIQ Men's Perfume Gift Set product page, not just in the Judge.me dashboard? Thank you!
