I had an issue with my floating review widget only showing 2 stars even though my store has mostly 5-star reviews. Jess was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She walked me through each step, checked my setup, and even took the time to access my store to fix the problem directly. She explained everything clearly and got the floating widget displaying perfectly again. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — amazing support! Thank you, Jess!

I had an issue with DKIM and Return-Path verification affecting email deliverability. After reporting the problem, the Judge.me team resolved it very quickly. I appreciated the prompt and professional assistance.
