Judge.me does not fail in the quality of their product. The app has been apart of my website from day one. It's user friendly and they're always implementing new services to improve business. But can we talk about their customer service and tech department. With the recent Cyber Security attack I went into hyper vigilant mode and had tons of questions. My email was addressed immediately by different team members. Each reply addressed concerns about my website's vulnerability with using their app. Then Judge.me went a step further and carefully explained technically how my website is protected and how their integration works with the Shopify platform. Judge.me's type of customer service is what businesses should strive to replicate. Thank you for putting me at ease as we grow together.
