Love Judge.Me. Their customer service team is onto it. Daniel helped me with a padding issue within 5 minutes. Great support and an easy-to-use app. Highly recommend.

Reached out with an issue I was having and got instant response with fantastic level of service and resolution for my issue. Cassiano was great. Highly recommend using the app for this kind of service level.

Couldn't be happier with the features offered by Judge.me's app. After researching many other options, we ended up switching to Judge.me and it was definitely the right choice. A pleasant surprise was the excellent quality of their customer support - Claudio and Brian were super helpful, going the extra mile and were great at communicating options that worked well for our site in addition. Definitely highly recommended

I have been using Judge.me for a while... I started with a free account as I started my eCom business. Since then I have tried a few different review apps, but Judge.me is unlike others where, it provides ample time for users to play/test around and gives chance to experience what it would like if your review system is working or not properly which I find it very useful and trust worthy. Upon my experience for a few month, I have decided to finally make the call of signing up for an Awesome plan. As I was setting up Widgets, I ran into a few problems such as setting up Star Rating and All Reviews Page and I have reached out for help and Cassiano did amazing job helping me. He was polite, understanding, and technically inclined as a technical support should be. Thank you so much, Cassiano!

Ho appena iniziato ad usarla e ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza ma sono stati veloci ed efficienti aiutandomi anche nel settaggio. Usandola più spesso diventerà sicuramente più facile per me perché ha tante opzioni. grazie. la consiglio.

Hakima was great in guiding us setup our review collection emails! She was quick and on point and i would highly recommend Judge me!
