Ik had wat problemen met de app want al me review aanvragen kwamen in de spam terecht maar hun team heeft me geholpen om dit op te lossen. Dus klanten service is wel ok. Maar ik vind wel dat er wat betere opties moeten komen om een mooiere visuele email te maken.

Simple et efficace

The have very well trained AI, and, also when needed human attention is there to help you quickly.

It's actually pretty thick which i like. I can wash it easy too in the washing machine.

Very easy to navigate and prompt with questions. Marina was extremely helpful and accommodating.

So helpful, patient and got exactly what I needed accomplished. Thank you so much!

Good and fast service

The customer service rep that I got today was Marina and she was very helpful in setting up the review and star widgets since the video was not the same as the current shopify theme. the only thing is that it took me about 2 hours to get this help so it would be helpful if they can focus on one ticket at a time.

The support team was very helpful and efficiently set everything up. They've answered all the questions and worked fast to resolve pending concerns.

Parfait. Seul bémol, les avis sur le site en général n'apparaissent pas. Seuls les avis sur les produits apparaissent dans la fiche produit.
