Amazing customer service ! Just few minutes after I installed the app, Ron from staff contacted me and help me set up the app in my store. Very professional and quick service, I would highly recommend this app.

It has a wide range of functions, is free to use, and has fast customer support. It is the best I have ever seen from an application company. Ron from customer service was especially amazing, responding faster than a ball thrown by Shohei Ohtani.

I highly recommend because of it's customer service. Starting a live chat was not only prompt but Rodrigo provided so much information that is allowing me to smoothly continue my operations and not run into roadblocks which causes demotivation ahaha. Anyways cheers Judgeme team

I'm extremely disappointed with the Judge.me Product Reviews App, especially after my recent experience with their support team. After Abraão ran some code on my Shopify store, a significant portion of my product images were removed, leaving my store in a complete mess. To make matters worse, he acted like nothing had happened and offered no solution to fix the problem. To add insult to injury, his manager Carlos was even worse. I showed him video proof of how my store looked before his staff messed it up, and he kept playing it off like nothing happened. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused serious disruption to my business. I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I certainly won't be using it again. Proceed with caution if you value your store's integrity."
