We had trouble with the "first line" customer support who gave us incorrect information. But after leaving a review the app developers reached out and helped us to resolve our problem.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. You’re absolutely right to be concerned about personal information appearing in a review, and we’re sorry the initial process felt frustrating. Our team was initially cautious because reviews are considered the reviewer’s content, which means we normally need the reviewer’s confirmation before modifying it. However, once we confirmed the situation and spoke with you, we made a one-time exception due to the privacy concern and removed the address from the review so it’s no longer visible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to resolve it. If there’s ever anything similar in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll be happy to help.
