Judge.me Product Reviews App

Overall, I like this app. Twice it was failing to synchronize reviews with the product groups so I've had to enlist the help of support. Each time they have resolved the issue quickly.

No se entiende del todo pero tiene muchas funciones. Tuve un problema sobre el color de las reseñas y contacté con el servicio de ayuda (tardaron unos 5 minutos en contestarme, muy poco) y me lo cambiaron ellos en un momento. Servicio de ayuda bastante bien.

I am not technical at all however the customer service is great! They helped me with my issue and fixed it straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Most of the best features are on the paid plan, but since my store is brand new I am opting for the free plan at this moment. I think if you pony up for the paid plan, the features look pretty great.

Takes some patience to get the app to operate with good success, but I have now synced it with other apps to get better results. So far so good.

App does what it needs. There are a few features that I wish it did, but overall, I am very happy with it. Support is great too!

The customer interface is not very intuitive so it's confusing to navigate and set things up. The customer service is very helpful and responsive though so that makes it better! So glad to have a customizable review platform that sends of review requests!

I added this app to help increase the # of reviews I receive through their email customizations. Though it's not perfect (I wish there was a way customers could submit the review directly from the email), it works well. Turns out he widgets are also great and the service is great so I will continue on with it!

Support is alway super fast and helps a lot. Also like the app for the easy review e-mails. 1 star less, because cross shop review syndication is just possible with the same SKU, which is not working for me. But nevertheless love this app!

Free version provides only basic functions, but the handling is intuitive and the support is great - very quick help response and fix.

This app is very useful in getting the reviews from our customers and the sync works very well. Would like to see it sync even better as we do not always have the exact same variants in both of our shops and it will not allow for a direct sync for those products. Customer service is A+ though, fast, reliable, able to fix things on the fly.

Easy to use, customer service is pretty quick, a few more basic questions answered on the FAQ page would be helpful.

Great customer service and easy to use app. The app has a lot of in built features to customize the position and look of reviews. The support team has quick responses and is very helpful towards all the queries.

That's easy to use. Add a review and choose what to pin or hide. I'm glad they have online customer service. Mark gave me a quick response and a useful guide.

I think its the best free app for reviews on Shopify. Simple and clear to use, easy import of reviews also. Maybe a bit limited free plan ( reason of 4 stars rating) but far enough to test product. The big plus is the support, even with the free plan ! I had an issu with a clickable word not matching my main shop color. I asked some help and a super friendly guy call Joseph from the Peru team fixed my issu within 30s ! Not to mention I'm located in France and ask for help at 8:00 PM (GMT Paris ). They speak english, so communication is easy. Well, if you start a shop for testing, Go with Judge.me ;) Best everyone.
