Great app support - fast and helpful

This app works very well and is powerful. The customer service, Hakima, is excellent and very patient in answering the questions I asked, I will be opening an upgraded version of the service in the future and I'm starting to look forward to a better experience.

The app is super easy to manage and to install, the costumer service is wonderful!

Was having a few issues with receiving review notifications and imports. Was assisted by an AI bot initially but then a live person, Felix, jumped in quickly and worked to resolve all my issues. He even took initiative to help change the color of my stars and adjusted the reviews on my homepage to make them more seamless with my theme. He spent almost an hour with me. If this is the service I get with the free version, I can't wait to see what the service will be like with the paid version. Excellent!!
