Doesn't integrate with automatic payments when an order is placed by a customer from the website. I must manually go to KIN and pay for each order before the order can be placed into production. This is a problem when many orders are coming in.

This app is bad, can't change colors and if you can change merch colors its hard and nothing this simple should be this hard. Don't waste your time, do not download this app.

I've used KC as my sole vendor for years based on quality and shipping expertise. They are always quick to resolve any issues I've encountered and are willing to keep their systems updated to ensure a smooth integration between their app and the shopify system. I like their product selection and hope to see them expand their children's offerings.

Kin customs has some great products but their UI is clunky and they have some odd requirements after completing a design which further deteriorates the user experience. If Kin Customs completely revamped the user experience, they would be in my top 5 POD providers. I can't recommend this app, simply because of the user experience when there are platforms like Printify and Printful with vastly better user experiences. From a product perspective, I think Kin Customs is great. The app is preventing me using their platform though.

We've used KC for almost a year. It took a little time in the beginning to learn the design process, but there is no doubt it is worth the time. The quality of the products and the colors that are reproduced are fantastic. It has raised the level of our brand working with KC. The bags, the hoodies, the cropped hoodies (really amazing), the footwear are all loved by our customers. We would also add that the customer service has always been responsive, and the ship times are very reliable. KC also keeps adding new products, which is a good sign that we can continue to grow with them. Easy 5-stars.

I definitely recommend this app to people because the material quality is unmatched to me. If something isn't right, they will correct it every time. I had on a few occasions of misprints but they immediately reviewed the issue and corrected it. These guys will continue to get my business at this rate!

Customer service sucks. Been trying to reach out for 2 days and never heard back still. The reason why I am reaching out is that the order was submitted and has status "being fulfilled" in Shopify but there is no order reflected in KinCustom app. I simply need to know if they received the order and it's in production or I have to submit it manually. Now I wasted 2 days trying to simply get an answer. More disadvantages: KinCustom does payouts only if the orders exceed $100 and u get paid once a month. Meaning, that if sold one or two items with them my money is stuck in a limbo? We don't use this app much , just for certain garments cause they are expensive and fulfillment takes forever. So now we cant get paid either? Quality is not the finest. One of the customers returned backpack cause the zipper broke. I have never seen zipper breaking like that, it has a whole in fabric between the stich and zipper teeth. I am writing this review because I hope someone will finally get back to me!!!!

This was my first drop-shipping app and i must say they have been nothing but consistent. Their products are top rated in terms of quality. Their personalize material, (boxes, bags, tags) is very cost effective (only 1.99) and presents a very professional look to my products. My only issues with them is the limitation in their products. There are many more products i wish they offer. All-over print sweatsuits, all-over print bucket hats, chunky shoes just to name a few. However overall i check with them before going to anyone else because i know their stuff will be excellent.

Kin custom has really proven to be a top-tier POD maker. They are close to blurring the line between wholesale and On-demand suppliers. My only critic is that they offer more options when it comes to their shoes. Would love the option to have alternate colors for laces, the mid and outsole (black would be a great option, my customers constantly request). Also, can we get more customization for the boxes? Don't know why you stop shipping boxes with the padding. More Sneaker designs, Please! Can we get PSD template options? the generator can be tricky and not as accurate. I would appreciate the ability to design the inner lining of the bomber jackets. I forwarded many emails to your staff in regards to this yet no definitive answer or help in regards to this. Can we get winter-ready bomber/ down jackets? Better discounts for samples as well

I should have read the reviews before I started to deal with this company. I order a sample that came half printed!! I sent an email to them to have this fixed I truly hope they don't take a long time to fix this as many of my customers are waiting for me to launched this design. So far I haven't had any issues so never had to contact them about something like this but from these reviews it look like I won't hear from them no time soon which is very unfortunate because I actually like how my products have been coming out. I should have known something was gonna be wrong because this order took way longer then usual to arrive. My products are worn by some of the biggest names in reggae music as well as featured in some of their music videos so I can not have misprints or in this case a half printed product. Please fix this ASAP so I can change my 2 star rating to a 5 star rating. **UPDATE** They said they are going to help fix the issue which I appreciate because as I said this is the first time I've had an issue. I would suggest maybe an online chat feature for better customer service interaction but other then that things run pretty smoothly from design to shipping. I look forward to launching my newest collection.

I have worked with Kin Custom for the last 18 months or so. I can state unequivocally, that the quality has been consistent and top-notch! Their packaging that they use when I select my logo makes our shop look like an established retailer. We have ordered their women's tees, 2 different bags (faux leather), totes, laptop sleeve and lots of dog shirts. Unfortunately, the dog shirts they had before were perfect for a new line we wanted to have but they discontinued them and now have just a standard 1 size shirt. Its great quality, for sure!.. but nothing like the shirts we were purchasing before. (hint, hint... :-) would be awesome for the holidays... ) I still carry the new sku with confidence that it will be right and good quality. They were the 1st to reach out when the global shutdowns started and sent weekly updates with production impacts, any information that would apply to our orders. It was impressive. Shipping has been smooth and they've processed my orders in a fair and expected time frame. I can only speak for the items I shared above but I almost hate to tell the world how wonderful they are (selfishly of course), but their team should be recognized. The interface, product selection, and the generated previews are good. I can't write a review on shipping or product quality because they can't ship to P.O. boxes. I emailed asking why that was or if there was an alternative, but I got a vague response saying "it need the details address". I was excited because the app seemed like the solution to my needs but I couldn't even order samples.

There’s definitely room for improvement. I normally use printful and printify, so my expectations are high. I checked out this POD app due to the windbreakers, joggers, etc. The samples that came in were nice, but the biker shorts are a little see through. Also the colors come out way darker than what you load for mock ups. I was looking for a gold and deep red, but ended up getting something that looks a bit orange in certain light and maroon. Luckily my customers haven’t complained yet. *fingers crossed* I emailed the customer care about it and they basically said they can’t control how its printed. I even sent them a picture for them to see the difference. Thats rather disappointing. I feel like using the mock ups are a bit misleading now since the color doesn’t come out exactly how you upload the design. I’ll be ordering samples going forward and taking pictures on my own. This is rather expensive, so I’m not sure how long I’ll be using them due to that aspect. Probably will find a wholesale vendor in the near future since streetwear is really popular. I do love the custom branding! Also I’d prefer if the custom branding option was something you could permanently turn on without having to select it every time you process orders. There’s also no option for your to add the feature should you forget while checking out. That would be great to add since they give you the option to update the address or shipping method on orders after they are placed. Either that or we need the option to cancel orders! At least within the first hour of creation. Especially since you can’t make order modifications to anything but the address after its submitted, we need to be able to cancel to correct mistakes. I currently have an order I forgot to add my custom branding to, an inquiry was submitted, and hopefully customer service reaches out before the garments are made or its a waste. I do not want product going out without my logo. Customer Care definitely needs some work ASAP. The response time needs to improve (Going on 2 days with no response), and we need more than just an inquiry submission form. Some type of live chat, or phone number would be better. A lot of ppl are small business owners and customer retention is important. We need to be able to resolve issues immediately to ensure that our customers return. The customer service efficiency we receive trickles down to the level of customer care we provide as sellers. Also my coupon code for the first 30 days did not work on the last day. I wonder if this is due to timezone differences. If so, they will need to make the necessary adjustments for US customers. Hopefully this helps anyone looking into adding them to their store.

Im a little bit unsure what people are upset about. You are somewhat limited in terms of the types of materials you can use if you want to keep things really custom. But that fully custom material in most cases is really great quality. Customer service always responds within 24 hours as stated. Not really sure what else you expect from a print on demand company. Branded hang tags, shipping bags etc. Its hard to beat. Profit margins are not good at all if you are in Canada but thats expected. This is a marketing tool so you can easily justify sacrificing the profits on the merch so its getting on peoples bodies. Great marketing tool.

UPDATE: Rating to 5 stars as the product is great quality. I highly recommend using the custom tag sets if you can. They look great and really strengthen the look of your brand. The only thing we don't like is that if you add a custom product and a wholesale product to your store and the customer buys one of each then your custom tag sets won't be utilized. So both products will show up with the Kin Custom branding even if you created one of the products yourself. Hopefully this can be fixed. Otherwise great app and I highly recommend. UPDATED - After submitting my review I was contacted by Echo and received a detailed response to the issue I was having with getting my order properly imported. Thank you for getting back with an appropriate response that actually resolved my issue. Now I'm looking forward to receiving my custom apparel to see what the quality is. Will update with 5 stars once I confirm the quality of apparel. I think this app is going to be a great choice for us if the quality of apparel is as good as it looks in their promos. Unfortunately, after having an unresolved issue with the FIRST order I have to delete. Don't want to risk hurting my brand with bad customer experience. Very sad because I was so happy when I found this app.
