Impossible de mettre en place Klarna. 2 jours que j'attends que l'on m'appelle. D'abord impossible de payer en plusieurs fois si la livraison se fait via point relay, puis ensuite après quelques manipulations pour remettre tout à 0, impossible de remettre Klarna et personne ne vient en aide... Je suis complètement déçue, et surprise que l'on ne me vienne pas en aide, même quand c'est moi qui appelle le support. Je reverrais mon commentaire lorsque l'on aura régler mon souci ! Merci

Buongiorno, ho installato correttamente questa app, ma non funziona bene con il thema debutify, desidererei poter utilizzare i servizi di Klarna, quindi poter informare i clienti che hanno a disposizione un servizio di pagamento dilazionato, ma l'app non me lo permette. Contattando il servizio clienti Klarna, nel giro di pochi minuti mi contattano con cortesia ed efficienza, spiegandomi quale era il problema e risolvono alla grande! Grazie mille Servizio 10 e lode

It won't work !! I've emailed twice and spoken to someone on the chat, no one can help !!!! I love using Klarna as a customer which is why i wanted it for our website however after over a week of contacting Klarna and no one helping maybe it's time to look somewhere else !!! Not impressed with the lack of support

Super App, full integration with our website and our theme. The service team done also our request within 24 Hours which is quick compare to the size of company. So far very happy to use Klarna just like our customers.

I am using this app and it matches my need. The implementation on my site was very simple, in particular at the first difficulties the assistance was exceptional and very fast in intervening directly on the site and configuring, absolutely recommended . sto usando questa app e corrisponde alle mie necessità . Great app. Although it has 1 (local) minor issue: the currency symbol is shown after the slided price, which isn't the default location for our currency (€). Is it possible to manually change this position? For example: Current on-site message: Betaal in 3 delen van 43,00 € Prefered on-site message: Betaal in 3 delen van € 43,00

Hello Blommo, Thanks for leaving a review on our on-site messaging app we really appreciate it. Regarding you question if it is possible to manually change the messaging, that is not possible since we have chosen to align this on all of our European markets. In most European countries the normal notation is to put the EUR sign after the price, I know that in the Netherlands this is done differently. Therefore I will put in a request to see if this can be adjusted per market.

I thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration before I downloaded the app. Unfortunty, it's all true nothing works. Can't even access the ad platforms, preview doesn't work for drag and drop and even if you do active nothing shows up.

Hi Biofusions, Our support team will happily help you get this app working for your store if you email [email protected] With themes that don't support Shopify's Online Store 2.0 architecture, there is no consistently compatible way to always inject code for on-site messaging that can work across all vintage themes. We've worked hard to code options to attach to CSS, but depending on the theme, there isn't always a viable way to do so. Compatibility and consistency are much improved with app blocks, but those are only available for themes that support Online Store 2.0 architecture; more info at: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/on-site-messaging-app-for-shopify/install-steps/#add-placements-online-store-20-app-blocks Regardless of the theme type though, we're happy to support whenever needed. Desperately trying to get this app to work. Been messaging support back and forth over email and going backwards with no clarity :( UPDATE: MARCH 2023 Dana from Klarna was in touch shortly after posting this review and has been amazing in going through and sorting out all issues with the app on store. I think there is unfortunately is a big difference between day to day level of support and higher level support. Klarna app now all operating smoothly as promised out of the box. Thank you Dana.

Its working pretty good. Only one big problem that i found is Ad blocker and tracking blocker. If my customer use Ad blocker then this app doesn't show at all on the website. That's why this apps is pretty much useless because now days all modern browser use Ad blocker. Can you please KLARNA fix that??

Hi Alfa-Jewelry, We hear you about the Ad blocker issue. Update (from 2023-Jan-26): discussion this with the Klarna On-site messaging team, not all Ad blockers block Klarna's On-site messaging. Could you please share the Ad blocker that is blocking Klarna's On-site messaging, and Klarna can request that not be blocked? If you open a support case via [email protected] (and reference this review) that would be the best way to hopefully see if we can improve this? Thank you!

Hello, I like this app and installed it on my store. However, it is not working at all. On-site messaging does not appear on my product page or any other page. It gave an error. I wrote to customer support via e-mail and the app messaging panel and waiting for the solution. I will review my comment and give 5 stars If the problem is solved soon. :) UPDATE. I have been contacted by Klarna customer service and told that the app is working properly within the geolocation of my store and currency. Thanks.

Hi Destina Home, I see that one of our Klarna support agents replied back to you via your support case #24328551 earlier today and that On-site messaging is displaying on your product pages currently (for customers geolocated to the country matching your store's base currency).
