It does make us money, no doubt, but there are bugs that have carried for YEARS, for example the editor on a Mac using Safari is simply trash, janky, and unpredictable especially handling text, it's a mini-nightmare. You guys realize most graphic people work on Macs, right? Also I don't care for this new billing system; my billing went from an avg of about $80 a month to now $150 because they are tabulating based on active profiles, so suddenly they are taking twice the revenue from me, and I have no say. That's price gouging and sooooo shady. UPDATE Aug 8 Klaviyo claims to have rolled out an option of bringing your monthly rate down but I can't figure out how to do it. There is an auto-downgrade option, that acording to Klav will prevent the auto upgrade from happening, so if you exceed your email count for that month they will shut you down as, what seems to be a punishment for selecting the downgrade option. JUST BRING BACK YOUR OLD BILLING OPTIONS, christ
