Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

User friendly, no tricks. It is allowing us to reach more potential customers and to organize and plan the emails in a constructive way.

Its a robust app for sending email campaigns. I wouldnt call it simple to use though. Everything you have to start from scratch. My main negative with it is the price. We have a large database of 39000 subscribers and Klaviyo is charging us USD $600 a month for the app which I think is ridiculous. Once upon a time with traditional bricks and mortar stores, a database of 39000 was considered huge. But with ecommerce, you reach these kind of numbers in a much shorter period. The only reason I have stuck with Klaviyo is because you can create dynamic (always updating) audiences to use in Facebook advertising. ie. we can advertise to customers who have bought product X but not Y. Once other email apps have this feature Im afraid I will be abandoning ship. Sorry guys, but paying $600 a month for an email program is insane. You are being too greedy.

So far so good, I am happy with it and I like the templates, just sent my first email out, but wish the free plan was a bit more subscribers...Don't think I will be able to try it out for long before I need to change plan.

So far, so good. Very easy to use. I like what you get for the incredible price point. This is so much smoother than my other CRM.

Klaviyo is a must have for Shopify stores. They make email marketing incredibly easy and efficient. Segments and lists are easy to create and we love that they automatically sync with FB audiences

I am really loving this tool. So easy to use! Even I can make email campaigns now. Normally I had to hire an expensive firm to do this.

Very good app. I am always amazed at how well I can segment our lists. It's super hi tech and yet really easy to use. Really impressive and a total game changer! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of their customer support. It's pretty slow. They will always get back to you, but it can take a while. I wish they had phone support or at least faster email support. You guys need to work on this!

We've been using Klaviyo for close to 1 years now on our website and are very happy with all the features included. Pretty easy to use, and great documentation and video. ROI through the roof!

Advantage: easily integrate with Shopify. Disadvantages: 1. This app is way more expensive than other marketing automation apps. 2. The app will send the "Subscription confirmation" email instead of the emails you configured to send. If you wanna disable the "Confirmation" option, you have to upgrade. And there is no information about this which wasted tons of my time to investigate my email marketing problem.

Finally an email marketing platform that is intuitive, easy to use and helps to make my emails look professionally designed. Brings over your Shopify products and images so you don't have to even check product links before sending. This is going to save me hours. I used to dread sending emails through Mailchimp as it wasted hours. Now I'm looking forward to it! If you're still using Mailchimp don't! Klaviyo leaves Mailchimp looking a decade out of date.

Used to be good but now the emails they sent out during my campaigns keep getting bounced for no good reason - one of which is my personal email and another my friend’s email. Tried to send a campaign just to my email add and I don’t receive it at all. And no it’s not in my junk box either. Ridiculous if that’s the primary function of this app.

Great support from the team to get set up, and once done it is very easy to manage. It is easy to use and works well for my business.

I have been using Klaviyo for over a year now. I love how it integrates with Shopify and so all my emails are much more relevant to my customers and the products they purchased.

Email marketing? Forget about everything else here's Klaviyo. Well.... it really kick a...s guys. It's just a lot in there you can do, you'll need time to learn but is really useful.
