Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Lots of advanced customization for a small price. You can also use this app to create 'back in stock' buttons and alerts and NO extra cost. You need a little coding skill or they can help you. Compared to what Constant Contact gives you, this is way better. Some technical difficulties but overall a great app and no issues that would prevent you from sending a basic email right away.

Very powerful and always up to date platform for email marketing.

Software is good, but support is mostly useless, sometime i wonder if they read the mail, you got to send 2-3 mails to get a tech to really answer your question and help you most of the time. So : +software, ux , price - If you aren't yourself a tech, be carefull, support is worst than you.

We've used Mailchimp, Campaign monitor, Constant Contact, but Klaviyo is in a league of its own! Amazing app for sending bulk emails and also for setting up flow sequences.In particular it's Shopify integration is far superior which make segmenting customers so easy. For example, if your want to send a sale promo email but exclude customers who have purchased in last 30 days it's extremely easy! Fantastic app - highly recommended.

Klaviyo is my absolute favorite marketing tool and it's totally revolutionized how we approach email marketing. It's so much better than mail chimp or any of those types of tools. You're able to segment your audience to a very granular level so only the right people are getting your messages. The automation is also amazing and of course the analtics, being able to see what flows and campaigns are making you money is very very helpful. The shopify integration is seamless.

I have previously been a big fan of Klaviyo, but this year it has been impossible to get tickets solved. Most of the time there is no reply or a useless macro reply.

I have been using Klaviyo for two years now and I am very happy about the decision. Not only is it possible to make all emails the way I want them to be, but Klaviyo has also done an excellent job with GDPR. But most importantly, we can send our emails to very specific target groups. The targeting options are super detailed, which I think is great and decisive for my decision to work with Klaviyo. The only disadvantage: Since we have two shops, we pay a relatively high price for the subscriptions.

Loved Mailchimp but started to get frustrated with the way their lists work - became too much to manage. We discovered Klaviyo after a month of messing around with Drip as an alternative to mailchimp. Klaviyo is kind of the 'killer-app' as far as we're concerned with regards to email. It combines the usability of mailchimp with the fine tuning of Drip via flows and automation. Best all around email app in our opinion and improving all the time.

So far, a top-notch platform and company. Everything's as simple and intuitive as it could possibly be while still being extremely feature-rich. Support is very professional and responsive too. Somebody is running this company right!

Outgrew Mailchimp - updated to Klaviyo. Klaviyo has exactly what I need to build complex funnels and automations with all the integrated ecommerce and customer data from Shopify. Highly recommended for any Shopify store owner serious about email.
