They Steal Your Money - They Change their Pricing Policy to Gouge their Customers by going from emails sent to active profiles, raising prices by 2x to 10x - Despite committing to a plan, they will upgrade you without your consent and charge you

You do not pay for suppressed profiles, but you maintain their data so you can understand the actions they have taken. The app imports all users indiscriminately, including those from imported Amazon and eBay orders, and so on. As a result, the number of profiles increases several times over, and the cost of using the app rises accordingly. These profiles are useless because they do not even have real contact information. It turns out to be a waste of money. Support is useless, and the online chat is unavailable unless you pay. The average response time by email feels like a year and a half. I used another app that costs twice as little, and there was no such problem — everything worked out of the box.

if you do the work the sales will come. And I finally decided to do the work. Klaviyo really is the best email option for me right now. I haven't even dabbled in the SMS text messaging but I will.

Love the software so far. The automation is very powerful and even as a beginner in email marketing I am able to start my own flows and forms. Support from Klaviyo has been excellent so far.
