Thank you for the 5 stars! 🌟
One stop shop - SMS, Email and Reviews! It makes our life so much simpler!
So glad we can make things a little easier for you! Thank you so much for the review 😃
False pricing plan. If you open pricing plan from the app page, then you will see that you can buy 20$ plan with 5000 emails. However, after installation I've tried to update plan, and the cheapest version is for 140$ only!
Thank you for your review! Customers are required to be on an email plan that matches or exceeds your active profile count. We will show you a plan that fits the number of active profiles in your account, so if the plan you are seeing is $140, that means you have 6,001 – 6,500 active profiles in your account. If you want to be on a lower plan, we recommend suppressing profiles so they don't count towards your active profile count. Love it, so many great options and possibilities! It's just amazng an easy to use.
We love to hear this - thank you! 😊
Overpriced and useless if you're running a multi-lingual store. While they offer email translations, which are fine those are useless as one cannot translate the newsletter popup banner at all. After multiple attempts to talk to customer service, they said it's not possible.
Thank you for your feedback. We're always working to improve Klaviyo and create the best experience for our customers, so we appreciate you sharing your experience.
