Dont even try other Email apps on the market. Klaviyo offers best metrics, great templates and best tracking. Being able to see which users are on which page the most and than analyzing those data and creating personalised segments using that data. Simply gamechanger for my shops.

I've been a customer for over 4 years and I can say the support has alway been subpar but now it's terrible. I've also incurred unauthorized account charges and now they auto-sent already delivered campaigns damaging our reputation. I would seriously consider using another app for the cost alone but the lack of support really makes the decision to go elsewhere easy.
