Klaviyo has been awesome for Mixology. It’s super easy to use, the segmentation is spot-on, and it’s helped us send way more personalized emails. We’ve seen better engagement, better conversions, and it just fits right into our workflow. The analytics are clear, the automations are powerful, and it’s made our marketing feel way more organized. Highly recommend!

Hectic experience. They hound you until you sign up but then dont respond after you sign up and make the payment. Been dealing with their sales person Sulaiman Lodhi and its our worse experience with an email app to date.

KLAVIYO SON ESTAFADORES, ROBAN DINERO, INFLAN PLANES QUE NUNCA UTILIZAS, HABLAS CON ELLOS, LO ACEPTAN SIN DISCULPAS Y NO DEVUELVEN DINERO. FATAL EMPRESA.
Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Klaviyo existe para ayudarte a comprender a tus clientes e impulsar el crecimiento a través de esas relaciones. Si tienes perfiles a los que no envías correos electrónicos, te recomendamos encarecidamente que los elimines. No pagas por los perfiles eliminados, pero conservas sus datos para poder comprender las acciones que realizaron.

Their customer support team is great! You can get through to them by Live Chat pretty much instantly. Their CS/product teams are knowledgeable and spend time helping you through issues and queries. They've helped me out a lot in the past year!

After subscribing and making payment, I was unable to access my account for two full days. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, their support team offered absolutely no effective solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

My Klaviyo account was hacked, and trying to recover it has been an exhausting experience. I’ve provided every possible piece of verification they asked for — except one email address I’ve never even seen before, which is the whole reason I need help in the first place. Instead of helping resolve the issue, support keeps passing me from one representative to another with no continuity or progress. For a platform that manages customer data and email security, the account recovery process should be far more user-friendly and reliable. This has made me seriously reconsider using Klaviyo at all. As it is, I did not find the app very user friendly or beneficial.
