Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Klaviyo makes it so easy to set up and send campaigns. I know I am not even using all of the features that I should be and it has added "easy" additional revenue to my business.

Very user friendly email automation app. Very knowledgeable support staff. Integrates perfectly with Shopify! I highly recommend it

Klaviyo has been amazing. Flows for new customers when they join to provide value. Seamless integration with shopify with metrics related to email conversion. Something we never could have dreamed of as a brick-and-mortar store with our old system. All in all, a top-notch product.

Love Klaviyo. It has been nice using it and being able to use it with Claude

Use it across all of our brands. Great tool - It is a commodity though. Don't get too high on your horse Klayvio execs & board - there are other platforms. Their recent price increases have caused us to start looking at other email marketing vendors. Remember your customers - Not your share price.

Great - Easy to use

Klaviyo urgently needs to take inspiration from Canva because right now the editing experience feels outdated, clunky, and honestly exhausting.I’d honestly go as far as saying that Klaviyo is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used in my entire life when it comes to editing anything. The email marketing editor is unbelievably complicated for absolutely no reason. Nothing about it feels intuitive. Every simple task turns into a frustrating, time-consuming mess. It genuinely feels like the product was designed by engineers who never actually had to create a real marketing email themselves. The UX is terrible, the workflow is confusing, and basic editing actions feel painfully overengineered. Instead of helping you move fast, the platform constantly fights against you. What’s shocking is that email marketing should be simple in 2026. Apps like Canva proved years ago that powerful tools can also be clean, visual, and easy to use. I never write negative reviews about apps. In fact, this is probably the first time in my life I’ve felt the need to leave one. But the experience was genuinely that bad. For a platform this expensive and this popular, the editor is embarrassingly bad.

What we love about Klaviyo, apart from being user-friendly and having great analytics, is that they regularly provide training to help us use the app more effectively. Highly recommended.
