I've been using Klaviyo for four years, and it has become a vital extension of my business, nardurna.com. The platform's robust features and seamless integration with my e-commerce site have been essential in helping me connect with my audience in meaningful ways. We've been using Klaviyo for a few years, and it has significantly enhanced our marketing strategy, especially with its seamless integration with Shopify. The email campaigns and automation flows are user-friendly and offer great customization, allowing us to create targeted and professional-looking emails with ease. Although we haven't used the SMS feature due to the alcohol regulations, the email tools alone have proven invaluable in boosting customer engagement and driving sales.

Great product but support since the IPO has dropped, the support teams aren't given any powers to do anything so you can wait weeks/months from connected departments. If you need/think you might need to move quickly then choose another vendor.

Klaviyo is the best marketing automation system in my opinion for marketing and building a loyal customer base. Very flexible and convenient, works great with Shopify and other integrations. Highly recommend with over 5 years of experience.

Took about 2 months to try and get Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify tags with lots of back and forth between support who weren't able to assist me properly, rather just sending me a link to an article. We were also overcharged for 3 months and still yet to receive our money back. Set up with Omnisend and immediately the integrations of profile data, segmentation and shopify tags were there without me even paying for anything.

This app is producing sales for us. But need to learn to develop flow campaigns which can be a learning curve challenge. But if I can do it, you can do it.

I use Klaviyo for probably 10 clients at this point and it is one of the best email platforms I've ever used. Their customer support is available to chat during working hours and they're super helpful. The platform has so many incredible capabilities. I really can't imagine wanting anything more from an email marketing app.
