My email photos are broken, and the emails look like a joke on the free plan. You get what you pay for. When I tried to upgrade, the least expensive plan I can purchase is $350 a month!!! What a joke. First of all, my niche does not do well with email marketing; I need minimal emails, but I need to them to be professional. Klaviyo emails ruin my credibility. Can't get any customer service because I refuse to pay $350!

I've been using Klaviyo for many years after switching from MailChimp which we quickly grew out of. The tool is very advanced and there isn't much you can't do. Some features can be a bit confusing but overall, the features are amazing and with a bit of help from support, I am am confident anything can be done with this email app.

Customer service in Klaviyo has been fantastic. I worked with Amanda and Janelle for issues with my websites and they have been very patient, thorough and made instructions very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this App to any other businesses.

Klaviyo just makes things so simple. For email campaigns and sign up forms, this is a very good app. User interface is very simple and feature rich. Loving it so far !!

Klaviyo is just plain brilliant. It does exactly what it says it will do and doesn't make up numbers from thin air. I cannot recommend it enough.
