I've been using Klaviyo for three years, but I'm switching to Shopify Email due to their recent cost structure changes. The pricing has become unreasonable, especially for small and mid-sized businesses. There are more affordable options that offer similar functionality without the excessive costs. I’d recommend others consider alternatives to avoid the unnecessary expense. Speak with your wallet. Klaviyo's price hikes are unacceptable.

If you have profiles that you are not emailing, we highly recommend that you suppress them. You do not pay for suppressed profiles, but you maintain the data so that you can unsuppress profiles in order to send communications to them at future times. If you prefer to keep them active, the Appreciation Discount that we’re offering to many loyal customers limits the email plan spend increase to 25%. We encourage customers to look for additional communications sent on Jan. 21 to best understand how these changes impact their specific plan and to understand our new flexible pricing features, including auto-downgrade and Flexible Sending.

I am using Klaviyo for a longer time already, but have only just started to look deeper into the system and its possibilities. Once you have understood the system, it is easy to go deeper and deeper in order to optimize the newsletters and flows more and more. The support is excellent. Thanks also to Daniela, who helped me so quickly last Saturday! A clear recommendation!

Instant results, we have not even utilised 50% of Klaviyos functions and the results are mind blowing, if you have a business you need Klaviyo. great app

We have always experienced great customer service and support with Klaviyo; they're continually improving the system and adding much needed features. It is a fantastic platform and greatly enhances our revenue streams. We use Klaviyo to stay engaged with our customer base and to win-back customers.

The learning curve can be a bit steep, especially if you are a little rusty on the subject matter. However, the support staff are incredibly helpful - both over email and in the live chat. Aaliyah W was incredible today and is the reason I am leaving this review - they are a lifesaver!

Klaviyo is our #1 tool for generating website sales. Their support team is great, the resources are helpful and their platform is easy to use. We couldn't run our website without it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. Quick to constantly upgrade your account which cost more money but trying to get someone to help you is nearly impossible. Onboarding was fantastic but after that everything went downhill. Plus my conversions have never been as bad as they are with Klaviyo.
