I left Klaviyo after a month or so about a year ago for no reason other than I already had a bunch of subscribers with another service. But I recently smartened up and went back to Klaviyo. The support alone blows most away, but the entire system is so powerful. I now realize it's foolish running a business through Shopify without it.

Great tool, excellent customer support. A lot of technical things to learn before you can effectively use it for the best results. But it seems there is a solution to almost every issue that occurs. Email deliverability is especially tricky, but there a many great tools provided by Klaviyo.

This app has been amazing - the way everything is so customisable and you can do so much with your existing subscribers list is so helpful. The online support is amazing and so fast with getting on the online chat to assist. The forums are also helpful along with the step by step guides. Cannot recommend this app more!

Highly Recommend. I have seen other email marketing apps in use and have personal experience with them, and Klaviyo is definitely the best by far. Aweber, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact do not have all the great features and ease of use like Klaviyo does.

We love this app. While creating Complex automated flows, it’s not very intuitive, They are very responsive and helpful.
