Great platform to use, super simple and incredible customer service ready to help out whenever you need it. Elizabeth W answered all my questions incredibly quickly and with lots of helpful tips and links to articles to learn more.

This is the best email marketing system hands down. The great integration with Shopify is the icing on the cake. Not only is the tech superior but their support team is SIMPLY THE BEST! I can always reach them, ask questions and get resources. Email marketing is a beast but Klavyio makes it easy to get started and all the support you need to realized success.

Clare S was amazing. She provided us with custom loom videos explaining our issue and another with a workaround with clear instructions. She also helped me submit product feedback to hopefully help improve the prodblem in the future for us and others. she was great.

Klaviyo is an absolute essential marketing tool if your business even has a modicum of complexity to the types of communications you send out. The flows are infinitely custom + the analytics are top-notch. They are without peers in the industry.

Klaviyo is not providing good support in V1/V2 API migrations. This update is creating problem for us.

It's fantastic. I've used others like Infusionsoft/Keap, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and others -- Klaviyo is definitely the best I have used when it comes to e-commerce.

With Klaviyo, I get the job done! It's very intuitive and provides a lot of helpful information. Integration with Shopify has been excellent.
