Klaviyo is a great CRM with lots of features to help your business grow steadily while keeping track of all your KPIs. I wish I had known about it right from the beginning of my business. I also really appreciate that they keep it free while you're learning to use it - huge help to a small business.

Klaviyo has been an absolute game changer for us. The interface is great to use and the conversions far exceed our previous email program. The Klaviyo support team is also extremely quick and helpful!

Pretty crazy price increases on lifelong customers; we've been a customer since we ever started our business and Klaviyo has unfortunately become the only app in our stack that constantly increases their prices while adding 0 new features/functionality. it's good until you get up to ~50,000 or so profiles, then you should look to switch off of them.

The BEST email marketing software there is. We've tried many a few years ago, from Mailchimp to MailerLite, but nothing compares to Klaviyo. They are SO advanced! It has all the functions that we need as an e-commerce brand, both technical and design-wise. We've used it for 2 years and will keep using it forever!

Great online support! Friendly, helpful, always have solutions and screen grab images/pictures to help you through the problem solving or solution. We've been using Klaviyo for 2 years now and new updates, Reviews feature and SMS features are terrific. We also love the Flows/Segmentation of the Database and more...well done Klaviyo keep up the good work for small businesses in eCommerce and helping us.

This app has helped us generating crazy amount of sales! It takes a while to learn and apply. However, once you master it, it's a powerful app.
