Klaviyo is one of the best platforms around and the customer service is top notch. From the smallest detail to the biggest problem imaginable, they always seems to assist in ensuring my email program is running on all cylinders. I would recommend 1000 times over!

Alexandria was so helpful and thorough with ALL of my questions. She was not bothered by all the questions I had. I truly wouldn't be making all the progress I had made with setting up our Klaviyo account if it wasn't for her top notch support.

After trying many of the other email marketing platforms, I can say Klaviyo has really been the best for my two businesses. It is so robust and the data it collects is invaluable for making business decisions and targeting the proper audience. Fraudulent company, scamming money for Free plan!! they invoiced me for the Free plan and say that I had a paid plan, although I changed to a Free plan 2 months ago and the money was not taken from my bank account, then suddenly I don't know why Klaviyo announced that I never had a Free plan and that's why I now pay absurdity and SHAMELESSNESS! Be careful they are scammers!! when I asked for a refund, they suggested Cancel subscription :D - nice service, what can I say! A very poor customer service :( I'm brand new, I don't have any clients yet, and when I tried the Klaviyo app, all emails went directly to spam. so...My ability to use this app is limited by this fundamental flaw. When I wrote to Klaviyo support, I received a reply that they did not offer any help if I had a free plan and suggested that I purchase a paid plan, however, since I'm a newbie, the paid plans are not good for me.... the very unpleasant situation.. it turns out their application requires payment to work at all in my case ... ugh bad attitude :(

Stellar customer service, and super quick. I had an issue that wasn't even related to Klaviyo (it was a hosting issue), and the customer support went out of their way to help me, even researching articles about the other platform to assist me in dealing with the issue. Can't recommend it enough.

Their customer support is excellent. Their chat support is great as all of their staff are very knowledgeable and I have never left feeling like I didn't have my issue resolved. They will stay on and walk you through the steps. Very much appreciate the support since we are small company and it helps to have the access.

Trash email provider. Ruined our deliverability and billed us 300 usd more than the actual bill and when we asked for a refund they just disabled our account and we can no longer send emails to customers.

You get what you pay for! I had another email service for months that I never used, but I have found Klaviyo to be much easier to figure out (as a solo business owner doing everything myself) and feel confident I’ve created a solid avenue of sales and email contact with customers through this app. I’m sure there is so much to learn, but if I ever have questions a helpful and thorough support team member is always there to help walk me through the issue and solve it. Definitely an essential app for my business

Klaviyo's UI is a bit more well-designed and usable than Mailchimp. We switched in order to be able to have more flexibility for what Klaviyo calls "flows" and Mailchimp called "automations". It's definitely not great though. There are lots of insane caveats. For example there's no way to click on a user and tell where they are in a flow. And there's no way to add more content to the end of a flow and just have it automatically go to everyone that should be sitting and waiting at the end for more. When we test our emails with mail-tester.com they almost always get flagged with Klaviyo having an IP address in one or more blacklists. Mailchimp never had that problem. Klaviyo also pointlessly requires a Captcha on every single login.

I have used several different CMS programs and Klaviyo is by far the best one out there. It has so many amazing features and is very intuitive to use. I also love their customer support, they are always SUPER helpful and respond quickly. If you use Shopify and want to grow your e-commerce business Klaviyo is it!
