I don't need all the complications that come with a full CRM app. Klaviyo is fantastic as an email marketing app. Our life has become much simpler and easier with Klaviyo. I highly recommend giving Klaviyo a chance to see what it can do for your business.

Easy to use, effective, and priced well! We prefer the email tools in Klaviyo over SMS, but overall, great solution for any company.

Die App ist sehr umfangreich und funktioniert sehr gut. Fehlt nur noch die Übersetzung auf Deutsch, dann gäbe es 10 Sterne :-)

It's working smoothly - what's even better is, that as a rookie as myself the support is quick and thorough. So I'm usually to work things out myself rather than having to pay consultants. Birdie approves!

Klaviyo is by far, the best email marketing platform in the market. It's very easy to set up on Shopify and is the best to set up campaigns and flows. The email builder works great as well as the list and dynamic segments. Definitely, 100% recommended.

We used to love Klaviyo but like all techs these days phone support is obsolete and live chats are being abandoned during critical times. Chatbot assistance sends you into a frustrating loop of never-ending bot questions/answers. Complicated issues cannot be communicated and emails go unanswered. Chat is supposed to be live 9-5 EST but no one is ever available and you're told to just email. Will be looking to switch as the service is no longer top notch. Klaviyo always stood out on top, now they are on the bottom. Cost vs value is just not there.

I just had the best experience with Klaviyo and specifically their customer service. Alexandria D. was unbelievably helpful. She walked me through troubleshooting with patience and video screensharing too. I was blown away by her kindness and patience. Such a great customer experience!

Tool is good but Klaviyo should solve the t-online.de delivery problem (bounce) finally! The problem has existed for ages and t-online addresses are common in Germany. With other providers, delivery to t-online addresses works!

Una vera è propria truffa ho 10k di contatti e ho annullato quest'app dopo un mese visto la sua non funzionalita ed il costo di 150€ mensili in base al numero dei miei account, anche dopo aver disistallato lì'app hanno continuato per 3 mesi a prendere soldi automaticamente dal conto, alle mail nessuna risposta ed in chat mi rispondono dopo aver reinstallato l'app che posso cambiare il mio piano se voglio ma non è possibile emettere rimborsi anche se l'app era disistallata e 0 mail inviate
