Application does the job, support team is great. However the overall app is very slow and lacks of customization.
They were quick to respond and resolved the issue we were having. Reviews are seamlessly displayed on our shop. We are very pleased.

I really like this app has a lot of good features, moves a bit slow but really good. I wish them continued growth
This app used to be OK, but was always just dog slow to use. However, they recently changed the UI so you can't even assign reviews to products. Any newly imported reviews are just business reviews. Installation was also a horrible pain, and now I'm seeing that there is absolutely no way to export all your reviews from Kudobuzz. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

This is by far the best customer service I have had from ANY of my shopify apps. They helped me pull over my Etsy reviews and my reviews from my old website :) very effecient and quick to respond. App is working great now! FIVE STARS *****
The app is wonderful and the support is quick, very responsive, and great. Always willing to help with difficult jobs like adding some code to the theme. Also, get my reviews from other sources. Highly recommended

Great app and fast customer service! Installation of the widgets was a bit hard for me but I was helped very good and fast by customer service.

I love the app. Exported all reviews from other marketplace shop. Also, there is an option to convert reviews to product reviews. Excellent customer service!

MOST IMPORTANT* This app is super slow to load on the product page and it greatly affects the entire product page loading speed. I recommend staying away from this app. Plus hey change the way the reviews look on your website frequently and you get no heads up whatsoever.

I really like this app and what it has enabled me to do. Putting my reviews up on product pages with the star rating next to the product title too (with a little theme editing). It does however have one major drawback. To publish reviews to product pages you have to manually type the exact product title. When you have over 400 products this is a massive time consuming process. Please please introduce a drop down menu where you can select products or a search function. Conclusion- - great app, does what it says it does - way too clunky, needs streamlining - I would 100% recommend this app to shops with fewer products

Have been using this app for more then a year. It is been updating reviews daily. It doesn't slow down your site with this app installed. Customer service will also help you with Widgets. It is user friendly and straight forward. Worth to pay for a plan.

There is no admin panel to check settings, nothing since a few years now. Sometimes reviews come, often nothing is sent. Would like to change the app, but no way to export reviews.
Thank you for the feedback. Our app does provide a dashboard where you can manage reviews and setup features. It's a simple to use dashboard with clean user interface. We also help in exporting reviews for customers who want their reviews exported.

Same issue as Glitterhound. Installed the app, upgraded to subscription...got some help initially, seems good, but now I'm having trouble actually posting to social media. It's been a week since I last emailed for support. I want to love it.... Update a week later. I got one reply with a vague excuse, essentially "we're working on it", and no response to the other parts of the problem... Now today I try to publish a review on facebook, and get this message. Warning Invalid App ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID. Note, I have a PAID subscription. Terrible, terrible customer service. Update: So, it seems there were growing pains, with this app, but I stuck with them, and am quite pleased with how it's functioning now overall. There are still little issues that crop up occassionally, but they actually do follow through on complaints, even if it takes awhile sometimes (other times it's very quick). All in all, I'm glad I stayed, good value for the money. Love being able to post my reviews to social media. July 2025. Had an issue and the customer service was excellent, they fixed it for me very promptly, and in a friendly manner. Easy to work with.
