Superb app!

Most of the app works well but when to upgrade to get more features. That don't work very well you are stuck dealing what a chat bot that is no help. And they are closed most of the time.. I had some issues and Chi from Kudobuzz help me with ALL of them! Her patience and excellence customer service helped calmed all my worries. She didn't rush me during my chat session with her but made sure that every question I had was answered. Thank you so much!

Bad experience. Continued to charge even after I cancelled their plan. After i flagged out the mistake, they promised to get back at the soonest, but after 3 working days, they still did not respond. After checking with them again, they mention they are prepared to only refund the latest month's charge. Do be careful installing this app, unless you dont mind having your card charged monthly (even after cancellation). App is not even very useful in the first place nor helped to bring extra sales.

Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

a great app that allows for social proof delivered from other platforms that can be trusted ( you cannot delete these reviews, edit them or fake them ). This allows customers to trust the app and in the long term build brand trust. The team also is very helpful for integration issues and we were up and running within one day.

if you have review etsy or any others e-commerce site , its good to start with this apps to your new site .

Quick response time from customer service and quick fix when we had issues with the app (reviews not loading or slow load time). Keeping this app for the emailing features mostly, as this app will send automated emails to your customers asking for a review after 3 weeks post purchase (you can set up your time frame). It also sends an email with a discount code for customers who left a review. Originally got this app to have reviews from Etsy populating on the website but changes that occurred at Etsy made this feature unavailable from an automation perspective. I will still strongly recommend this app to increase the number of reviews on your website!

Kudobuzz integrates neatly with Shopify and is a really easy way to get our customers' views on our products and respond to them. Their service is fantastic too.

Great. It’s fairly effortless for customers to write reviews and for me to publish them. I get an email whenever a new review is written.

I have used the app to link reviews between my Etsy and Shopify. I found it helpful to automatically email customers and receive more reviews. I like it.

Most of features are only available on the paid plan. I asked the CS whether I can get some free trial of the paid plan before making the decision to subscribe to the plan, but they didn't offer me either any free trial or alternatives to get information about features that I wanted to know.

The app is OK, if you can make it work without contacting tech support. My recent experience with the team has been dreadfully bad. The short version: my annual renewal failed because the app developer stores old/stale payment data, and doesn't provide any tools for customers to update it or even see it. Renewing the subscription requires getting sent a secret URL to a page that can't be accessed via Shopify or the Kudobuzz dashboard. But then the KB system doesn't process the renewal; you have to "upgrade" manually, and of course any discounts you had are gone. Then you have to re-publish all the hundreds or thousands of reviews that got turned off ("unpublished") when the account renewal failed, but the tool to do this does not actually work, and the tech support team's smug replies are slow and unhelpful. FWIW, I've been a full stack web developer for 25 years, so navigating around a web app is not something I usually find difficult, except in this case because the tools just don't work.
