I would highly recommend the Kudobuzz app. They respond quickly to any inquiries, they have always improved the product upon request. It is great.

I am very pleased with this review app. I really like that when reviews come, they can be shared directly to social media platforms to followers.

Best support ever! App pretty simple to use and very effective. I solved every problem with kudobuzz staff in 5 minutes. 5 stars!

There is no admin panel to check settings, nothing since a few years now. Sometimes reviews come, often nothing is sent. Would like to change the app, but no way to export reviews.
Thank you for the feedback. Our app does provide a dashboard where you can manage reviews and setup features. It's a simple to use dashboard with clean user interface. We also help in exporting reviews for customers who want their reviews exported.

vraiment décevante! pas de moyen de supprimer d'ancien commentaires et juste 10 avis dans le plan gratuits c'est moindre! je cherche une autre application
Thanks for the feedback. Yes the free plan allows you to publish only 10 reviews as stated but you are able to unpublish those reviews and publish a new set of 10 reviews on your store. Unable to load reviews from one channel on the free version. It says to upgrade when I haven't even added reviews from anywhere
Thank you for sharing your feedback. On our free plan, you're limited by the type of channels you can collect reviews from. You were getting the upgrade notice because the channel you wanted to connect was most likely a premium channel. I hope this helps. Same issue as Glitterhound. Installed the app, upgraded to subscription...got some help initially, seems good, but now I'm having trouble actually posting to social media. It's been a week since I last emailed for support. I want to love it.... Update a week later. I got one reply with a vague excuse, essentially "we're working on it", and no response to the other parts of the problem... Now today I try to publish a review on facebook, and get this message. Warning Invalid App ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID. Note, I have a PAID subscription. Terrible, terrible customer service. Update: So, it seems there were growing pains, with this app, but I stuck with them, and am quite pleased with how it's functioning now overall. There are still little issues that crop up occassionally, but they actually do follow through on complaints, even if it takes awhile sometimes (other times it's very quick). All in all, I'm glad I stayed, good value for the money. Love being able to post my reviews to social media.

I have been trying to contact support and they never respond. I want to like the app and I even upgraded to paid version. You would hope that for a paid service the customer service would support the investment. Very disappointing.

We use Kudobuzz to aggregate and publish reviews on our site. It's a fantastic app, and the customer support really stands out. The only time we ever had a problem with one of the app scripts, the app developer fixed it in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

The product is nice and offered at a good price. HOWEVER, the product frequently goes down - site visitors just see a blank screen. I was told by their support team they would fix the issue in a few weeks - the issue has been ongoing for months. Their team informed me in the meantime, the only way to get the reviews to show when the service goes down is to enter the app and make a change in the data. This "refreshing" of the data causes the app to reload and render the reviews again - it's a hack that is highly unreliable. This is obviously extremely inconvenient. I have to monitor our site all the time to see if the Kudobuzz service is down. Clearly this is not possible to do 24/7 or at scale. As a result of the lack of stability in their service, I am losing orders...
