We use Kudobuzz to aggregate and publish reviews on our site. It's a fantastic app, and the customer support really stands out. The only time we ever had a problem with one of the app scripts, the app developer fixed it in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Really easy to manage app for a not so much tech person. Comes with a great customer support. I would recommend it to anyone.

Works great! i have tried a few different review apps. and this one is the only one i have gotten to work consistently. Has a lot of great features! LOVE IT!

I have just started using Kudobuzz and although I am not sure if the base plan has all that I need, I did receive excellent customer support throughout my trial and error process of publishing reviews. ie. one review had a spelling mistake that customer service had fixed for me so it would appear correctly once published, among other fixes that were so considerate. I recommend this app and their very helpful team.

Worst App. Gave so many chances! Buggy as hell. Nothing works as it should and the customer service is terrible! They don't even understand what you need. DONT BOTHER!!!

This is a great app overall, but it DESPERATELY needs an option to tie products together on the backend so that duplicate or related items can share reviews. PLEASE PLEASE make this available ASAP.

Supported them when they first started. Initially would give a five star, but they got greedy, changed the plan without any notification. Totally disappointed!

It does what it says and has an attractive display. The website is a bit confusing however, and the free version only allows you to connect one social account.

This is a fabulous app! I love that it automatically sends emails to customers for reviews of products they purchased. I also enjoyed the wonderful experience I had with their rep, ABDUL. He was very patient and took the time to walk me through the steps to make the app functional for my store. Thank you, ABDUL......Christina

When I first started with the App I had trouble getting it to sync some reviews. I shared this issue with Kudobuzz and they quickly got back to me and walked me through a step by step guide to get it fixed! It is working perfectly now and we LOVE the app! We have integrated all of our Facebook reviews onto our website and are very happy with it.

Excellent app. After reviewing and trying out most of these review apps, finally settled on Kudobuzz. Great support and help with all the setup as we had testimonals in 3-4 different places. I would not hesitate to give it a try. After purchase email and auto-pilot publishing make it valuable at any level. Pricing starts at free and allows you to move up as you grow. A very solid and well thought out app!

We made the transition to Kudobuzz because the service on our last review platform was insufficient and almost entirely absent. Even though this platform claimed to be customizable and interactive, we could not get a hold of a representative to help us engage with the features for which we were paying. After much thought and research, we went with Kudobuzz. Kudobuzz allowed us to import our old reviews, which saved us so much time. Additionally, Cheryl was supportive throughout each step of the process and provided frequent insight into best practices and next steps. My favorite feature is the ability to collect reviews on our individual products as well as general business practices. Sometimes, customers have things to say that may not relate to product X. Kudobuzz gives customer a place to communicate these thoughts, and for that we are thankful.
