No reviews are showing up and now when I try to access my dashboard, I get a 404 message. I've asked 3 times for them to fix the issue of my reviews not showing up and it's been 1 1/2 weeks with nothing. If these issues aren't fixed by tomorrow, I'm uninstalling. Very disappointed.
Diving Dog, I'm really sorry. Asking three times over a week and a half with no fix, and now a 404 when you try to access your dashboard? That's not okay. You've been more than patient, and we let you down. I understand if you uninstall, but I want you to know we've taken your experience seriously and have worked on stability since then. Thank you for giving us a chance.

This is an excellent App. It was a tad more difficult to set up than I imagined but with the professional and most helpful support of Abdul, we were up and running in no time. If you are serious about 'reviews' then this is the 'go to' app.

The customer support for this app are absolutely horrible ( David & Naana). They do not respond when they realize something is wrong. There is no way to export your reviews. And they upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription without any warning and will not refund you. Stay far far away. There are much better apps out there.

Cheryl has been helpful with making sure our reviews look great on mobile. Overall, the app is very nice and lets us show our reviews from social media on our site!

Everytime i deal with this company, the response is quick, my query is dealt with within hours and my job is made 10 times easier... thank you so much especially cheryl! I have used it for my own website and now for a client of mines as it does everything i want it to do, i love it. You can e-mail customers once they have received products automatically, and publish reviews as and when checked. 10/10 well done gang!

Wonderful way to generate more product sales and learn what products/features our customers like best. I'm sure to upgrade soon after getting dozens of great reviews, but the free service is an ideal way to start.

Kudobuzz is a very good review system. There are a few improvements that could be done but overall probably one of the top 5 review apps out there. A little integreation with reviews for specific products being able to show up underneath the products themselves for those ones would be great.

App has been installed for months now but have had technical issues with the Review request email. Many customers that placed orders months and even a year ago have received a review request email. Tried to resolve to no satisfaction and have deleted app because of negative impact on customer good will. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :) Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. Facebook reviews (a very important part of our marketing)are no longer being displayed and they look like ads instead of reviews. I notified Cheryl on Aug 23. Received a response right away that the tech team would investigate. I again emailed one month later on Sept 22 and have received no response nor resolution to the problem. It is now 10-4 and I feel like Kudobuzz has abandoned us, yet they keep charging us. I can no longer recommend this company unless/until this issue is straightened out. I don't know what is causing such a drastic change in customer service, but it doesn't bode well for the future of this app. I sure hope they're not about to pull the plug on it. (Original review)I have been using the paid version of this app for almost 2 years now and have found Cheryl to be quick to respond to issues and provide support. It is updated regularly and has been a great help in getting our customers to provide reviews. Update 11-16-16 I continue have a great experience with this app, and receive magnificent support from Cheryl. It is one of the few apps that is REALLY worth its price.

Kudobuzz has contacted me personally after I was getting frustrated. The app is continuously improving and their responsive customer service is why I will still consider Kudobuzz.

This APP is perfect from the big review button that appears on the side of the website an amazing "call to action" for customers, ease of use very little maintenance it just works... they provide over the top customer support fast ...very fast responses.

A great app that i love to use and great user interface but since Jun 16 they limit to 50 reviews for free account. Disappointed to know that i have to pay even I just need the basic features of customer leaving rating and just publishing it. Will look for other free alternative apps.
