The best translator app I have ever come across. Everything works as it should and the support is unbelievably good! I have never experienced such good support.

Ich arbeite mit Lang Shop schon länger und es macht, was es machen soll. Doch das beste ist der Support der funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor allem Lilia ist top und konnte meine Probleme schnell lösen.

The app is very well done. API integrations with translators such as Deep L and GTranslate are very useful for my company. If I may give some advice, it would be good to give the possibility to organize the glossary rules into categories and import the glossary rules via spreadsheet. Great Customer service, Max in particular resolved all our problems!!

I tested ten translation apps. When I saw Langshop was developed by Aheadworks I decided immediately to give it a try as their plugins for my old Magento store back in 2012 were always some of the best developed. Since inclusiveinc.org is a 501c3 certified nonprofit charity serving the most physically limited disabled individuals with no use of their hands and arms through our Shopify NPO account. I wanted to try to reach as many people in our niche market worldwide as possible. Because most of the solutions we provide, we are the single designer manufacturer and distributor. If we didn't create and provide them, they would not exist. The only way to do that is to translate our site content into many languages as possible. Langshop did that seamlessly for 20 languages . Combined with Shopify markets, sales of one specific product designed exclusively for disabled individuals with spinal cord injuries or other neurogenic disabilities increased 10x immediately. We have a few reports of babies born to couples that otherwise could not have a child. As they say sex sells especially when it's in your own language! But ultimately we've been able to reach and Inspire so many more people with our content and solutions so they can see a future filled with possibilities that lets them develop a perspective of capability and find or discover their own unique purpose. The application is very complete and is very valid. I ask the team to delete the codes of the app because I have uninstalled it and I am going to reinstall it later. I need the technical service to delete all the app code in my template.

Wir sind mit der App super zufrieden. Vieles ist selbsterklärend, einige Einstellungen brauchten etwas Beschäftigung damit, aber der Support ist herausragend. Ich kann gar nicht glauben, dass das ein Bot sein soll. ;-) Das eine oder andere muss manuell korrigiert werden, aber das ist sicher bei jeder Translation App so. Der Preis ist auch fair. Alles in allem: Klare Empfehlung, würde keine andere App mehr ausprobieren wollen.

The application really does the job! It is indeed occasionally difficult to handle. However, the customer service is TOP and available. What's good is that absolutely everything is translated and done so automatically!

Verry happy with the langshop app which we have installed to launch our new Markets and translations. There is a fix for everything. So Navigation, Cookie bar, Menu topics. The app is a bit confusing at times, as there is so manny content to be translated in one theme but there is a very good customer service available that is quick and complete in there response.

We have been working with Langshop for some time now, and we have been nothing but satisfied with them and especially their level of service. The app fits seamlessly with our backend and our day-to-day workings with the text on the shop. It is so easy to reach directly from the product/page we want to translate. There is hardly anything that we cannot translate and even with the apps that do not directly integrate there is a workaround that only requires a minimum of skills or coding knowledge – and if anything is slightly out of reach for our skills, the team at Langshop are great at helping. What is especially great is that no matter at one time of day or week we might have problem, someone always answers within almost minutes. This means that we feel safe that even if there should be any sort of breakdown or error happening, a team will be ready to assist us and make sure everything is running again. This is very important for us, and for us to feel safe using the app for such a crucial part of our website infrastructure.

Super app' ! L'interface intégrée à Shopify est très user friendly (même si un peu lente parfois). La possibilité d'utiliser l'API deepL est par ailleurs très utile. Les équipes sont enfin très réactives.

best translation app on shopify (it doesn't have a minimum or max word witch is perfect) and best customer service (they will reply within seconds) .
