Love the customer support! We had a problem where the Loox rating wasn't syncing with our themes rating widget. Tal & Rotem were a massive help. Entire process was so seamless, and they sorted it out super quickly. Thank you once again Tal & Rotem.

1. In the invitation comment function, I set it to invite customers to comment 3 days after the "Delivery" of the order. I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.
