I appreciate the way this app works and the reminder to customers has yielded some really good reviews that are very helpful for my growing store. :) Customer support is great! Rain helped me out in a kind, professional manner. Truly appreciated!

The app is not only helpful for my business, but the customer service is excellent. Jemuel was able to quickly help me with an issue I was having, and provided screenshots to walk me through how to resolve it. I’ve had a great experience with Loox and am happy to have this as a tool for my small business.

Uninstalled it and got charged! Not sure how that happened. How do I even get ahold of someone from this company to rectify it??? Super frustrated.

Loox has been nothing but amazing to us! The product has changed and grown so much since we first downloaded it. We ues a lot of the features and they have certainly brought us extra income. The UI is also very clean and easy to understand for both internal usage and customer facing. Well done Loox. Big fans!

la app es muy buena por que uno puede utilizar reseñas para sus productos lo que genera mas confianza al cliente a la hora de comprar y a nosotros los vendedores nos genera mejores ingresos
