Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I installed Loox a few days back, I Didn't have to say much about the app yet (I will write about that later). I have contacted Loox support even before installing the app. Lilach was excellent with all the help and queries I had. Thanks.

Easy to set up, mostly user friendly, very fast, with lots of tools for promoting engagement. Even when something isn't clear, the app links to pages explaining in detail how to set up things like referral widgets.

Fairly easy to set up and generated new reviews immediately! Not sure how to integrate with our subscriptions (referral rewards) but hope to figure it out.

Alles soweit gut, allerdings finde ich 40€ für Growth teuer, man sollte mit weniger wie z.B. 20€ ->30€ ->40€ anfangen :/

Needed help setting up my review carousel on my home page and Chester solved it for me in less than 5 minutes. I rate their customer service 5 stars. Only negative thing about this app is the lack of customization available. I wish the emails were more customizable as well as the look of the reviews on my website. Also, when selecting your options in the settings, they don't show photos of what it would look like (ex: selecting 'rounded corners' instead of 'sharp corners' but you can't see the difference between the two until you save it and look at your website)

Been a great user experience so far - happy to have integrated it with my online store and looking to utilise more of it's offerings

Pricing is a bit high but it has a premium onboarding experience. Yet to play with the configuration on my site

We have been using this app for about 9-10 months, and are very happy with the performance of the app. Giving only 4 stars because I wish there was a cheaper plan available that allows removal of the Loox branding.

Thank you for helping cancel the charges and for the quick assistance. Even if the app didn’t meet my needs at the time (it doesn’t mean it won’t meet your store’s needs) I surely appreciate the good customer service in the end.

Très content de cette application que j'utilise sur la boutique de magiedubouddha.com Le système de remise offerte quand un avis avec photo est posté est apprécié de mes clients. Seul le fait de ne pas pouvoir répondre aux clients sans payer plus cher me déplait.

SO far so good! I like that they have an affordable monthly fee for the lowest level. It's also nice to have a logo option on the email for that level.

reviews look great and work great. I would like to see more visualization customization options.

I don't know yet. I am just downloading it and seeing how it works. Ask me again in 14 days. I am hopeful that it intergrates well with my shopify app, is easy to use and helps boost sales on my page.

greatest review app on the shopify app store. I've tried so many but loox is by far the best. Wish they could bring their price a little lower

I used this app to help me build up my business, with the needed tools so that I can succeed as a first time business owner.

Easy integration, simple to setup. Still not seeing it in certain spots on my store, otherwise this is a 5*. I'm sure I just need to do some more work to make it work properly.
