Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app and great support (especially Chester). Helped me increase my sells, no question about that. Just a thing that would be wonderfull (reason why I don't give 5 stars) : the ability for the client to rate a product directly from the email sent to ask his review.

The app works well and the customer service is very good. I had an issue after changing themes but the rep was very helpful.

Just started but very straight forward and quite a lot of useful features! I will definitely continue using for at least a few months.

Customer service is great. Every time I have a question the answer comes quickly, right, and personable.

Good app worked perfectly with Shopify store. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a useful review app.

It did what I wanted and looking forward to engaging with customers to use it. The support was fantastic. The only reason I am giving it four stars is that for the look and feel consistency it would be good if the customisation (advanced plan) of the reviews was applied to the carousel in the same way as to where else the reviews appear (product page, side widget)

Loox is a great app to easily get reviews and display them on my websites. I definitely feel it helped me to attract more traffic. However, for a small starter, I would say its a bit pricy,

Best Review app I have used. The only thing I'd say is... (and i know this may defeat the point) I would like to have the option to provide a discount for a 4+ star review even if the customers hasn't posted a photo. Reason being, poeple do everything on the go now so they might want to leave a quick review whilst on the train for example but not in a postion to take a photo, then later forget. If im being blind and this feature is available please let me know. Thanks

Love the app so far. Very easy install and integration with Shopify. Some features only available in upper tier plans.

I like Loox, especially for gathering reviews. Wish was for more customization of the review process.

The app has been amazing in all aspects except you cannot limit the uniquely generated codes to a certain collection. This is important to all stores selling items with very different price points, as 1. manually changing the codes before the customers uses it is impossible to achieve 2. customers are dissatisfied if we try to ask them for top ups because they claim "the code worked" and that the discount should be honoured 3. we don't want to give them loopholes to exploit by using one generic code for everyone. We are fighting enough fires as it is. 4. we cannot give a fixed dollar amount as the products in that one collection has different price points. 5. We have reached out to Shopify and the support team says all apps have the ability to limit generated codes to a certain collection if they wish to. We have reached out to Loox, but it seems this is not affecting a lot of shops and is not high on their priority list and to be fair they have tried to give us other alternatives above. We are putting this out here because we really want a permanent solution to this and see if other shops are experiencing this too.

So far good experience with Loox - Support team responds quickly - I just feel that in $9.99/ month loox team can offer extra features like follow-up mails to customer for sharing photo reviews

The best app I have so far! Just one thing would be having the loox logo on the paid version. Also, would really help if they would increase the number of reviews in the basic plan.

New user for Loox, comprehensive tools and widgets. Transitioning from Yotpo, so far so good, we will see how the trial goes! Update: Ease of use and options continue to impress me. Best I have tried!

So far so good! We are still in the trial phase, but we are very excited about this app and to engage with our customers in a meaningful way!

Très joli rendu mais c'est vraiment dommage qu'il ne puisse y avoir qu'une seule photo. Il en faudrait au moins 2 pour pouvoir comparer avant /après. Vite à améliorer !
