This app is messing with my Google Shopping conversion tracking. I don't recommend the upsell feature because it interferes with the conversion on the thank you page, since not all customers are visiting the thank you page after the upsell page appears.

Hallo, die Loox App ist wirklich hervorragend gut! Ich habe jedoch ein Problem, ich kann nämlich bei mir im Shop keine Sterne in der Kollektionsseite einfügen. Auf der Produktseite funktioniert alles super. Nur auf meiner Frontpage, kann ich keine Ratings einblenden. Könnt ihr mir helfen ? Viele Grüße Thomas

I’ve been using Loox for my carpet repair business, Dan’s Carpet Repairs, and I’m really impressed with how easy it’s been to collect customer reviews. The setup was smooth, and I love how simple it is to customise the design to match my branding. Since adding Loox, I’ve noticed a real boost in customer engagement having photos in the reviews is a game changer!

I am currently on a trial with Loox after being on Junip for a few months. I had issues with set-up and migrating reviews over and Laurence from the support team was so quick to help and resolved my issue within an hour (whaaaat?!). Overall, the process has been so easy to set-up and edit without the help of a developer. No code install needed. Very intuitive UI. Will definitely be staying on as a customer!

Loox is great and always improving. Rain has been a great help recently & also took the time to show screenshots and explain things clearly. Highly rate the customer service at loox as well as the software
