Loox ist eine grossartige Bewertungs-App! Wir können die Bewertungen flexibel an verschiedenen Stellen in unserem Onlineshop anzeigen. Als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Code hatten, war der Support erstklassig: Nach unserer E-Mail-Anfrage erhielten wir sofort eine Rückmeldung und es kümmerte sich der Technische Supportmitarbeiter Dolev darum. Das Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit gelöst – ein herausragender Service, den man selten erlebt. Einfach genial!

seems fine, the only thing on my wish list is - I wish when viewing a review there was a way to clink on a link that would connect directly to the order that lead to the review. As it is one must scoop up the email and do a copy and paste style search. Other than that it works fine

I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time. The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.

Very good app and excellent support! Well done, team! However I would really appreciate if one could skip the "add photo step" completely in the review form - when you are in the health business and only sell digital services it is kind of confusing for the customer. :)
Their support is extremely poor! I have been writing to them for days. but no response whatsoever. I am deleting their app.
