I had several questions about Loox, and I received an email from Izza just a few minutes later. He answered all my questions very quickly and supported his explanations with screenshots. Even though it was already late at night, he responded promptly and helped me out. I’ll definitely reach out to Izza again! Best regards and many thanks!
It took quite awhile to get a response but once they responded, they answered my question and gave me step by step directions to update what I was needing to update.
Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.

Thank you Mary for helping me to fix my reviews. They were showing up on my product cards, but not showing up on my Product Listing Pages. Evidently my theme was in the way! Mary became a quick collaborator and fixed the code so my awesome LOOX reviews show up right under all the products that have them. Thanks Loox -- and thanks Mary!
