I just signed up for this app. The process was simple. I contacted Customer Service via chat to find out how to send the email to backorders. Mary was very helpful in directing me to the page that helped me send out the emails. I will update after I run the app for a while. Thank you

Pathetic app for reviews, even after owning a paid plan they will keep increasing prices and then halt usage at certain orders per month.
