out of all the review apps out there I have found the loox app to be the best so far and very user friendly. The app also has a great customer service team. I needed help with showing my reviews on the home page, I reached out to the customer service team and Liz from from Loox responded very quickly and made the edits needed to display my reviews.

This app has everything you could ever ask for. Love the features and support if you run into a problem.

There are some features that are not available in this app but they are helpful. It takes time to understand the add deeply, I find. You would need to find some time to understand it to use for what you want. This does not mean that it is difficult to use. Probably I just know what I want.

Customer service and usability is amazing! Liz was extremely responsive and her assistance helped us with the performance of our store drastically. Can't thank her enough!

Worst experience with them, they charged me 400$+ uninformed and my plan is for 40$ only, i want my money back extremly unethical to charge such high amount just for Reviews

Easy to integrate into the Shopify experiences, really good baseline R&R function that enhances UGC across the product portfolio. Has a nice interface, simple response mechanism and controls.
