Ansich alles easy zu handlen. Ein Nachteil, dass die Konversation und Bedienung alles auf Englisch ist. Aber dank Google Übersetzer machbar ;-)

The app is very easy to use! We switched from the Shopify default product reviews app after they discontinued it. Loox is very user friendly and importing from the Shopify reviews app was a breeze.

I wish I knew about Loox sooner, then I wouldn't have left all that money on the table in my business. Their features are fantastic but the best part is their super responsive customer support. Real people reply immediately with the exact answers you're looking for. Rotem, Rain and Sara especailly were so helpful. The setup was unbelievably easy. In just one day I set up our review collecting and referral program because Loox takes care of literally everything else, right down to airtight terms and conditions that they have already created. I have GORGEOUS branded emails that I KNOW will increase our revenue. This app is worth every penny.

Everything you could ask for in a review app + a great variety of different widgets. Support is great as well; Jodel was able to implement customizations only minutes after I requested it!

I highly recommend the widget and customer service agents .I recently sought help from a widget installation, and the customer service from agent Aya was exceptional. Their prompt communication, coupled with expertise in widget functionalities, ensured a smooth resolution.
