They're scammers, charge you extra and don't inform you. if you try to export your reviews, they ask you to upgrade plan. Use Judge.me instead.

Aya & Rain were phenomenal. I received email replies within 2 minutes for a rather complex problem. Needless to say my issue was resolved very very rapidly thanks to both of them :)
too expensive. I don't know why these review apps are too expensive. They should be affordable. People who are not established cannot afford the prices.
