Only just started using it, but it has been one of the easiest shopify add-on apps to set-up. It’s so flexible in how you want to add the reviews to your site, you can separate out the overall ratings value from the reviews and put them in different locations on your website. Looking forward to getting some reviews with photos now

I was able to set up everything within only 30 minutes - easy to use, and have already gotten responses in my review requests since downloading this morning!

I had an issue with adjusting the background color of the product review widget, and Laurence did an amazing job helping me to fix this. He was very helpful and responsive, and now I'm happy with the background color!

I read and watched a few different blogs about switching to a new product reviews app. Loox was by the far the easiest to migrate from Shopify product reviews, is sleek and fast. Looking forward to trying our brand, Mayflower Wallpaper with them.
