This is not the first time I choose Loox Products Reviews. I have been using this excellent application in my other shopify stores as well. There are a few reasons why I like it - 1) it’s relatively simple to use, 2) it give gives me relatively a lot of control over the way the reviews are displayed, and 3) I can always count on the support staff to reply to emails relatively fast and solve most issues. For example, recently Tamarry did a perfect job setting up what I requested. They are always happy to help which is what customers love. Thank you!

So easy to set up. A friend uses it at her workplace and says it's valuable. I also watched a YouTube clip from a store in my niche and she said it is worthy of having. 4 out of 5 stars because I installed it 5 minutes ago. If it converts sales, then it's a 5 out of 5.

The app is really great: easy to install, easy to customize, fun to work with - and super fast loading in the frontend. I would have loved to work with it, but decided against it for two reasons: A) It is not possible to show the full name of the reviewer. I understand that Loox wants to give the reviewer "privacy" – but I find it not very trustful in shops when the name of the reviewer is shortened. B) The pricing is insane! You basically need the 39$ plan if you want to customize it to your needs – while other apps cost only a half or third. I really would love to work with Loox. If there may come a time when the pricing is more affordable for smaller shops like mine – let me know and I'm in.

Fantastic tool with brilliant support. Shoutout in particular to Sara (Technical Support Engineer), Tamarry (Technical Support Engineer) and Chester (Customer Support) were all very helpful and quickly resolved our technical problem over the weekend.
