Tuve que borrarla porque no podia hacer nada si no pagaba por un plan mas caro, estoy hablando de ni siquiera ver las cosas generadas en mi plan mas bajo, simplemente no veia nada mas que el plan de pagos en el "dashboard" de shopify,tampoco pude ponerme en contacto dentro de su pagina a manera de soporte. Que decepcion!

The app is fairly good and reasonably customizable. They haven't however replied to my emailed 'help request' for over 5 days. Not great service.

I took a look at the email you sent us and it seems like our support team responded within several minutes. As our response seems to have been missed, I’ve reached out to you privately through our support email and through the 'Contact Us' form in your store to try and solve this as quickly as possible :)

The app is slightly complicated to use. I have contacted support a couple times but just got an email response which have not been overly helpful. Previous apps we have installed the person responding to the emails have been extremely helpful, in fact they have sometimes been granted access to our website to ensure their app is installed correctly.

Sadly im not happy with Loox app. It was a nightmare to set up the integration to google reviews. I will try other options

Loox was easy to setup and integrated well. However, their payment system is scummy and very well hidden. It may look like the app is well priced, but when you start to grow it costs insane amounts of money--Loox charges you an ADDITIONAL $40 for every 400 review request emails that you send over the 300 email threshold. That's one costly email!

There were a lot of problems. We were always paying, and the reviews suddenly disappeared .I don't know what the problem is, hope it can be adjusted as soon as possible

Used this app to get product reviews along with pictures (landscape and portrait). Love the fact that the app smartly arranges them based on type of image or video. Easy to use and plenty of other functionality, a little pricey but great for shops that need a customized branding and aesthetic. Edit (Nov. 2nd 2025) - Their customer service doesn't seem to care that some basic features like your hard earned reviews don't integrate well with Google Ads/ shopping. After turning on the feature for a month, had to reach to their CS who casually suggested some updates and said now need to wait for another 4 weeks. Maybe they could've asked to do this from the beginning?

A bit expensive but definitely the best review app in the Shopify App store! Would recommend it to everyone!

Loox is quite good and does what you ask for. Only one problem the pricing, Fact that some basic functions such answering to reviews are only from the 29 usd plan make it expensive when others apps reviews that does more or less the same things offers all theses functions for the 9,99 usd plan... Thinking to change but review app is not something that you can change easily, I mean it time consuming. So choose wisely. Otherwise support is fast and design is nice.

I would give their product reviews 5 stars, but because it doesn't work for seller ratings as well I have to give it only 3 stars. It works really easy for us and the customer, and having images with the reviews is awesome. Not having the ability to go backwards to get past reviews is a miss as well.
Hey, Amit from the Loox team here :) Generally speaking, Loox supports sending review request emails to your customers who purchased before Loox was installed going back up to 90 days, free of charge! That way you can jumpstart your store's social proof with reviews from previous happy customers, and increase conversion rates! In addition, if you have any reviews you previously collected, we also support importing those reviews using our CSV spreadsheet template. In regards to seller ratings, Loox currently supports product reviews alone in order to concentrate our efforts on increasing conversion rates on the product pages and creating strong social proof that will convince customers to buy your products. With that being said, we're constantly looking for new ways to improve our product and we take our users feedback and requests into deep consideration! At first i loved the app but i started to notice the layout of reviews isn’t very impressive. It would be great if all the reviews were on the same row and not haphazard. It’s very tacky. It would also be great if users can select the reviews they want to see( ie most recent or based on the number of stars) other than this it’s a great app but i’m a sucker for design and this one is not so great in that aspect.
