Loox has been an excellent tool. The interface is easy to use, making importing customer reviews super simple. I love how customizable it is, allowing me to match the reviews with my store's design for a harmonious look. The visual reviews have really increased the credibility of my products and boosted my sales. Additionally, customer support is fantastic, always ready to help with any questions or issues. I highly recommend Loox to any e-commerce store looking to highlight customer feedback!
Reasonable price, Easy set up. I still need to fine tuning the settings and the widgets. Aya from Customer Support is super! She replied within 3 minutes!
We are so happy to have switched to Loox recently. The main reason being is their fantastic customer service. Whenever we have a question, it's very easy to contact the Loox customer support and they always respond very quick. Thanks for being there for us.
These are thieves. they still deduct money from your bank account eventhough you are not using their product
Hey, Rotem from the Loox team here. Sometimes, app charges are automatically triggered before an app is uninstalled. While Shopify stops all future charges for the app, it will not stop any pending charges that have already been created. I’ve reached out to you privately through our support email to refund you for this charge :)
