I've only used the app for a couple of hours and so far I am excited about the potential it has for making reviews on my shop look more appealing vs my old review app. I had to reach out to support with a couple of questions and Mara was extremely helpful in answering all of them. Thank you!

I've been using their app since I transitioned to Shopify, they never miss and they always deliver more than the expectation! The app was developed over the years since I started and more additional convenience and features at no additional cost! Another super Plus is that their customer support, especially Lilach and Rotem really did a great job by making changes to my store without hiring an additional professional developer for the specific code I need. Thank you Loox for providing us with great support and this product is absolutely the best! more power to your app and business~

What a great! app - brings so much credibility to the store. We have been using Loox at I Love Tunics for a while now and totally recommend it. Support is prompt and v helpful. Chester helped with customizing the code to give us a custom look
