This is by far this best review app on Shopify! I love the automatic emails for new and old customers, the import options for new store brands, and the referral program! I can't say enough good about this app!

I have tried several apps over the last 7 years since installing Shopify. LooX would have to be the best so far, hands down. Truly a game-changer. Reminder you have to be good at giving service over & above to get your review average up there. If you do this, then LooX is a must.

I’ve enjoyed this app. I had a problem and Aya was very helpful. Sent screenshots and everything which made it easier for me( I am not tech savvy) then she went in and fixed what I needed. Thanks Aya and Loox!

SO far so good. I have received more reviews in a few months than i did in 3 yrs. Spendy but well worth it.
