I got a message from a customer telling they would appreciate fewer requests for reviews (well, they only received two) and I did not know if this was possible. I contacted the help desk and got an answer in minutes from Aya, solving the issue. Thank you :)

User Friendly experience. The widgets are easy to use and referral is also handy.We didn't have to spend extra time on it.

Before adding this app to my website I reached out to every customer requesting a review. Loox has not removed that task from my plate! It’s extremely convenient. I high recommend it, especially for a one person team!

Loox customer for 6 years now - recently had reason to contact Loox due to replacing a legacy theme to one of the latest shopify themes (which require different methods of customisation), after some time struggling to incorporate the loox app, reached out for support. Omer spent several days, helping to customise the app and it's functions within the theme. He was extremely patient - despite my own lack of knowledge with the theme - coming back several times. Was never made to feel like a pest, just welcoming to offer futher support if needed at each stage and help me become better familiar with how these new themes operate. Loox app functioning perfectly. Thank you Omer V for your attentive service.

Was using the app and it worked perfectly and out of the sudden they disable access on their dashboard app if you don't upgrade the plan ??? next plan says and i quote "300 review requests included in base price + $28 per additional 300 emails" but there is no way to limit how much you want to spend so you could easily pay hundreds of dollars without control over it! Disabling the messages to new customers if a certain volume of orders is reached, is understandable. But closing access to the app due to a certain amount of orders ?????? As soon as next month when I get access to the app again I will delete it and transfer all my reviews to another app. NEVER AGAIN LOOX !

Overall app is solid, no way to import reviews to a new product especially if your changing variants

So far, so good with Loox! It's really helped our interactions with customers and generating genuine product reviews! It was easy to get started with the Loox app and get it integrated into our Shopify store!

Great customer service. Bulk deleted losing a bunch of video reviews. The support team had these back and updated for us in short order. Thanks Lilach and team!

Great tool for securing reviews. Makes it easy to encourage customers to leave reviews, especially with pictures included. You can also copy over reviews from other sites like Etsy.

Love loox. I was using judge.me before, and it was hard to implement and it isnt as well integrated with other loyalty apps. Loox is easy to integrate with other apps, works seamlessly with your website, and saw immediate results!
