Great support, very helpful and a great app. Chester in support has been amazing. The support team at Loox is always super helpful, Ken, did a great job for us with super fast response.

Ich habe einen Onlineshop, in diesem Onlineshop hab ich logischerweise Apps. Wenn ich ein Problem habe ist es manchmal schwierig jemanden von dieser Firma, den so genannten Support zu erreichen. Nicht so bei Lux. Herr Leogen G. hat mir schnell, unaufdringlich und kompetent in meiner Muttersprache geantwortet. Ich hatte zwei Fragen die mich einfach genervt hab weil ich die Lösung auf der Website nicht gefunden habe. Die hat er nun für mich beantwortet und jetzt ist alles wieder gut. Ich bedanke mich dafür. Loox is our go-to review app. Works so well and looks good too! Also, we love that it allows us to display our reviews on Google. Thank you Rain and Laurence for your help

Extremely easy to use and set up with a wide variety of widgets for reviews. Also great customer service with eager and patient staff ready to help. Aya from customer support saved me a ton of time, personally moving reviews for me, thank you very much!

I'm happy with Loox! Chester was very quick to solve any problems that I had. Already I'm seeing the results in terms of getting 5 star reviews and referral orders! I'm hoping this is only the start! :)
