This app is great and the customer service is even better! All of our questions and issues were quickly resolved! We worked with Jodel who was able to help us successfully publish all our reviews on our reviews page. So glad we are using this app!

Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich! Außerdem funktioniert der Import von Ali Express Bewertungen wie beschrieben sehr einfach!!!! Deshalb 5 Sterne!!!!!

Easy setup, lots of different features and customisation, even with the basic package. Look forward to using it as a tool to bring new customers as well as gain reputability.

I have tried several apps over the last 7 years since installing Shopify. LooX would have to be the best so far, hands down. Truly a game-changer. Reminder you have to be good at giving service over & above to get your review average up there. If you do this, then LooX is a must.

I’ve enjoyed this app. I had a problem and Aya was very helpful. Sent screenshots and everything which made it easier for me( I am not tech savvy) then she went in and fixed what I needed. Thanks Aya and Loox!
